Generally people want to blame Wartune for lag. That's understandable and partially true, since this game pushes the limits of the Flash player and functions in ways that force various types of lag to happen. Still, some people have more lag than others, and that variation can be addressed on your end. There is more than one cause of lag. Sometimes it is your computer, sometimes your Internet.
1. Disable hardware acceleration. There are two ways to do this. I right-click the Wartune screen, choose settings, and disable it from there (first tab). This needs to be done again if the Internet browser's cache is emptied. Cosmos recommends doing this in Windows settings:
http://cosmos-wartune.blogspot.com/2013/07/wartune-crackfixespatches-update-2.html2. Get rid of the viruses and spyware on your computer, and use anti-virus programs and anti-spyware programs when you browse the Internet. This problem is more common than people think it is, and many people are just reluctant to remove harmful programs from their computer for some reason--maybe because it is boring to sit and wait.
3. Don't have unnecessary programs running in the background. Automatic updates are frequently causes of lag. Anti-Virus programs and anti-spyware programs should run in silent mode. Also do not have multiple Internet tabs or windows open.
4. Make sure Flash player is updated.
5. Clear the game cache often. Right click an active part of the screen and click "Clear Cache." The Internet browser's cache is different, and it should be cleared once every few days.
6. Periodically clear out temporary Internet files from Windows.
7. Free up hard disk space. It is good to have at least 10% of the disk space freed so that the swap file can be resized easily. Usually values below 10% result in the system being bogged down during swap file resizing.
8. Reduce Flash player graphics quality.
For Firefox: Low Quality Flash should work

Changing browsers may solve problems too, most likely because one browser has suboptimal settings, too many addons, spyware, or similar problems.
9. See if the hard disk needs to be defragmented.
10. Adjust flash player priority or browser priority (

11. Make sure that you do not have multiple versions of Flash installed. If nothing else has worked so far, remove Flash from your system and reinstall it.
12. If using Chrome, try disabling built-in Flash, but make sure flash player is updated:
