Wartune 2.1 part 3 is coming to the S1 testing servers on the 16th and the rest of the servers on the 21st

Update:   23:30 21th, January.
Duration: 23:30 21th – 3:00 22th, January.
The duration of the maintainence will be informed separately then. Please leave the game in advance before mentainence or update time to avoid unnecessary loss. If there is any emergency that causes extension of the downtime, we’ll announce separately then.

Wartune’s maintenance will include the following changes:

  • Unlocked two new sylphs: Electro Sylph and Fire Sylph as well as their skill books. Sylph Atoll L3 and L4 have been unlocked, too.

  • Unlocked Circuit quests.

  • Optimized the Amethyst Mine:

    • Added a 10 second protection time during which a player cannot be attacked (unless s/he attacks someone else).
    • Members from the same Guild are not allowed to attack each other.



Fire Sylph


Passive:

  • Frenzy: Every 10% of your Max HP is missing, you will deal 3% more damage to the enemy.
  • Curse of Darkness: Every turn there is 10% chance to inflict "Chaos" to one of you enemy, causing them to attack their allies.
  • Shield of Dark Light: Reduce Critical Damage taken by 5%.

Active:

  • Shadow Strike: 170%+125 Physical Damage to one random enemy in the front row.
  • Delphic: Endless Devouring Consumes 500 Awakening Points, 310%+295 Physical Dark Damage to all Enemies, has a 50% chance to cause 2~4 enemies to lose 2% of their Max HP for 5 turns. (Cannot be purged)
  • Wicked Corrosion: Reduces HP by 76% of Physical Damage for 3 turns.
    Dispel: Dispels 2 Positive Buffs for all enemies.
  • Soul Drain: 215%+180 Physical Dark Damage to one enemy in the front row. Heal yourself for 60% of the damage dealt to the enemy.
  • Cryptic Gaze: 230%+200 Physical Dark Damage to one random enemy. Causes the enemy player to reduce their Healing Abilities by 50%, lasts 3 turns.
  • Devil's Blessing: Consumes 500 Awakening Points, increase damage dealt to enemies by 30%, for 3 turns. However for 3 turns you take 10% more damage from enemies.

Lighting Sylph


Passive:

  • Plasma Accumulator: Every time you attack, your damage will be increased by 5%, can stack up to 10 times (50%), lasts 2 turns.
  • Plasma Field: A small chance that your target will not get a "Critical" next turn.
  • Electronic Mine Field: When you take damage there is a 10% chance that your next attack will have 15% more Critical Chance.

Active:

  • Thunder Goddess' Blessing: Consume 500 Awakening Points, Increase your Critical Chance and Critical Damage by 10% for 3 turns.
  • Delphic: Thunder Dome: Consume 500 Awakening Points, 470%+515 Magical Lightning Damage to 1~2 enemies.
  • Electric Shock: 185%+200 Magical Lightning Damage to a random enemy, the row of the selected enemy will receive 50% of that damage.
  • Thunder God's Punishment: 225%+250 Magical Lightning to the enemy back row, has an 80% chance to cause a random target inability to use Skills (Effects Bosses but Doesn't Effect Sylph Skills), lasts 2 turns.
  • Lightning Blast: 150%+100 Magical Lightning Damage to a random target, increase self's Floating Damage by 20%, lasts 2 rounds.
  • Lightning Strike: 165%+120 Magical Lightning damage to front row enemies.

One thing I want to point out is that if you watched that video of the Chinese servers "beating Spire:"



All 4 of them used the Lighting Sylph (3 of them Transformed which is a feature in a later release). So keep that in mind when farming.

Who has extra money can try other developments.
In Chinese servers nobody uses Apollo (Informative)

Ok I would like to appologize. The list of abilities for the Fire Sylph are wrong. I misread where I was getting the information and the sylph abilities I linked are for a future sylph called Hades (Shadow)

Here are the abilities for the fire sylph from the R1 servers which currently is testing the patch.

This is what I found from one blog site:

Circuit Quests is a system that is combined with a series of simple quests. Every quest completion is called “one circuit”. Rewards will be given for completing every circuit and, players will have a great chance to get a big reward after completing a significant number of circuits.

Players are eligible to get different circuit quests from the NPC Asima in Cloud City after they have reached Level 35.The difficulty of the quests will be increased as the players higher their level, and of course more rewards will become available. The Circuit Quests reset at 5 A.M every Monday so various surprises for our players every week!

By completing every Circuit, our players will be rewarded gold and Daru, and some tempting items including soul crystals, Mount training whips, Fate stones and other valuable items. A big final reward contains a large amount of items will be given to the players who can finish all the circuit quests within the week.

I did find a video but cannot link to it directly. But basically the example they gave was to kill 20 monsters in one of the solo dungeons.

The 50 Circuit chest contains 5 Bounty Scrolls, 1 Fashion Shard, and 15 soul Crystals.

The 200 Circuit chest contains 10 Bounty Scrolls, 100 Soul Crystals, Random chance at a 3-5 Gem Pack or 3x 1-3 Gem Pack

2. Every 10 levels (NOT 50, 100, 150 and 200) = 40 SC
3. At Levels 50, 100 and 150, chest = 5 BS, 3 FS and 50 SC  
4. At level 200, chest gives 20 BS, 200 SC and random chance of one of the following: lvl 3-5 gem pack, 10 fate stones or 30 whips

So total rewards for doing all 200 quests each week is :
800K gold
4 million daru,
990 SC
35 BS
9 FS
Random chance of one of the following: lvl 3-5 gem pack, 10 fate stones or 30 whips.

Yes that is the same Jacko who can be a Jerk for keeping his gear on during ToK NM.
